Overcoming Obstacles

I have experienced obstacles through my life up to this day. I believe that obstacles will continue to be part of in my life for years to come as it happens with everyone . But I don’t take obstacles as a negative thing in life - I see it them as a way to use those obstacles to prove to others, but more importantly myself, that I have the determination to overcome what has been put right in front of me. It definitely isn’t always easy for me and i I am humble enough to say that i I indeed did not overcome some of the obstacles on my own without the help of close ones. Not many can say that, even with the advantage of being US born, a blessing which many sadly do not take advantage of. But i I didn’t let it affect me, I decided that a community college was a great option for me as I can receive a the same education as a regular four year school. Even though it still costs a fair amount of money, I have set up a plan to pay off for my education. I proceeded to get a job thanks to a friend who gave me his recommendation. I looked everywhere but every place I applied to never called or emailed me back. I felt a sense of despair feeling like my application was skimmed and rejected instantly because I had little to no job experience. But I asked friends if they could recommend me and luckily it was my ticket to success. Not only have I acquired a job but I have saved up enough money to buy moon bounces and set up a rental service to double my earnings. I have done this because I want to say I graduated from college and I’m not going to let anything stop me. That’s why I believe that if I win this scholarship it will be an important stepping stone towards my
