Outline: How to overcome the fear of public speaking

I, Introduction.
Surveys about fears show that the fear of Public Speaking (as known as Glossophobia) is at the top of the list. The second biggest fear for most people is Death.
Standing in front of the audience and share your voice is something that we fear more than the death.
But letting the others hear your voice by having a speech is a required part either at school or in our daily lives that lead to success.
Therefore, knowing how to turn your nightmare into a successful speech is necessary. The process of overcoming the fear of public speaking including 3 steps: defining the symptoms of the fear of Public Speaking, prepare before your speech and what to do during the speech.

Organize everything (ideas, the cohesion of the whole speech, word choice, etc.) in a logical and understandable order.
Practice is the keyword.
If you practice your speech multiple times, your fear and stress can be reduced.
Practice with your family. (They won 't judge you and always leave positive comments. This will be the first step to building up your confidence when giving a speech)
Giving a speech to your classmates or friends. (remember to ask for feedback and comments in order to improve the content of your speech and the way you present it)
Speak in front of the mirror (The best way to get a reflection of your body language, word choice, tone, speed, etc. You can change and improve your speech accordingly.)
Record yourself and listen again. (To make sure that your volume, tone, and speed are appropriate and catch the audience attention).
Relax at the night before your speech. (Practicing and reviewing can cause anxiety.)
15 minutes before your speech:
Calm down and take a deep breath. (The first thing to do before a speech is to calm down. You can 't finish with stress and nervous. A deep breath is everything you

After preparing carefully, your speech day will come. This is when you have to know what to do during the speech.
3, What to do during the speech.
Using note cards. (Papers can help you to create an awesome content. But during your presentation, not cards are the best choices.)
Using presentation aids effectively. (Presentation aids such as PowerPoint, Charts, Boards can help you to gain audience attention. But use them in an effective way.)
Body language.
Smile. (Your smile is the best dress you can wear. It is not only useful to get your audience paying attention to what you are saying, but it also helps you to ease the speech if you are delivering a boring academic speech.)
Maintaining eye contact. (It is important to tell your audience that you are talking with them. It is also helpful if you have something to look at, rather than looking around and showing everyone that you are nervous.)
Pause and breath. (You have every right to pause for 10-15 seconds and breath to calm down and prepare for the next
