Ovarian cancer is one of the deadliest disease that hits you as a surprise. This cancer has affected me as upcoming nurse and a student by being assigned to a patient who was suffering from ovarian cancer along with depression and anxiety due to the disease. The reason why I chose this article mainly is because ovarian cancer took a piece of my patient’s life away by leading it to spend the remaining of her life dealing with the disease, being away from her family and being alone in the hospital.
