The skills and attributes necessary to be an outstanding teacher include passion, leadership, and excellent communication. Passion yields student success because of the teacher’s desire for students to achieve their potential. An outstanding teacher is able to direct and lead the class and a well organized leader can properly develop students. Excellent communication with students and their parents ensures cooperation and enriches the learning environment.
