One strength I can improve on to be an outstanding intern is to be less introverted when introducing myself to people. I think this will help me become a better intern because my internship may require me to talk to all types of people. I can also improve on my confidence because it will help me succeed at my internship. Also if I get an internship at Howling Woods Farm, I believe my confidence will be beneficial to me being an exceptional intern. Being organized is another strength I can improve because I could be working with wolves/wolfdogs and I would need to know information in case they get adopted.Also, if an emergency were to happen, I would have to know how to help.
