PROBLEM: One of the biggest problems that the United States economy faces, is outsourcing to Mexico. America has lost 682,000 jobs to Mexicans since American companies began outsourcing to Mexico. Of those jobs, 415,000 were a part of the manufacturing process (NAFTA Made Outsourcing Easy). The industry that was hit hardest by outsourcing, is the computer and electronic parts industry. They have lost 150,300 jobs to Mexico, thats about 22% of the total jobs lost. Another is the motor vehicles and parts, which has lost 108,000 jobs (NAFTA Made Outsourcing Easy). American trade with Mexico has grown 30% since 2010, annually thats $507 billion mostly because of outsourcing (Cave). NAFTA made it possible for large companies to make their products
