I believe that family disagreements should not be solved by an objective outside party. Family disagreements should be resolved within the family as an objective outside party may not be able to fully understand the situation and advise on the issue appropriately. When families work through disputes it can bring them closer as once they resolve the problem it would bring them closer. I also believe that if an outside party were to interfere in family matters the problem would get stretched on, but if family members handled the issue by themselves they would be able to resolve the issue without it being stretched. When family members use an outside party they may not adhere to the resolution techniques that the objective party recommends they
