The cons of having an outlook account is that it will take the staff quite a while to get use to using the outlook account. Some people aren’t easy learners so therefore it will be long until they get used to it. Outlook will be a new interface for every staff on the team as they currently have no account. Also another disadvantage will be the price to add it onto the systems. It is a Microsoft product and it will be pricy.
The pros of adding a management information system MIS is that it allows organizations to monitor how well the business is doing in term of its sales and staff as well as its efficiency. Adding to this all system require updates, eventually the company would need to update the MIS so it can perform at the highest rate possible so therefore upgrading it could be expensive too. The company will need to keep money aside for the MIS, if they want to do good in future they will therefore need to make sure the MIS can run now and in the future as well. Another con is that it will need maintenance at some points in time. Every system will eventually break down a couple times, it can’t run smooth forever.
