1. Outline the circumstances that affected your academic performance during your most recent academic year. Be sure to indicate when events happened.

I withdrew from two courses during the most recent academic year (Fall 2017 term) in which I received OSAP funding. This reduced my course load to 6 courses and delayed my graduation to the following winter semester where I returned to a full course load by adding the two dropped courses and in the spring 2017 semester, I enrolled in three additional out of pocket to meet my program requirements for graduation.

The circumstance that affected my academic performance was the passing of a close family member. My grandmother passed away in October 2016 during the fall semester. I felt that I needed
