Reading your outline, I was shocked how teachers in Alaska are lacking communication. I am going through a similiar situation at my workplace,hence it is with directors and supervisor. Being able to appropriately give and receive feedback is an important communication skill. Managers, and supervisor should continuously look for ways to provide employees with constructive feedback.
