This is funny because gun laws are NOT only pointed towards black people. Laws are set in place for everyone!! Never once does a law simply say for only black people to follow it. If the government makes and passes a law, it is put there for everyone. Gun laws are no different. A gun law is passed guess what, EVERYONE must follow it.
