Outlining a document or a written article helps the reader to see more quickly and clearly the author’s intention and relationship to his ideas of communication. Outlines provide the writer with more details as well as distinguishes between the main ideas and supporting materials. Such as examples, of comparisons and reasons. In outlining, anyone may use their own words, the words of the writer or a combination of both.
