Outdoor Obstacle Course
This field day pastime is excellent for working on gross motor skills. Building these skills consist of using the large muscles in our body, which one uses to walk, run, skip, jump, and much more. As children mature, subsequently so do their capabilities to move and control their muscles. Allotting them with adequate time to play will build strength in their bodies and inspires them to overcome obstacles and prepare them to outdo their own expectations.
Directions:
For this activity, one will need three hula-hoops, 2 buckets, 1 catcher net, water balloons, 4 pool noodles, and timer (optional). To arrange this course, set up the hula-hoops by lining them up. Next, build the tunnels out of the pool noodles, in order
