In the United States and other in other countries workers get treated differently. Companies would take advantage of people that can not defend their self because of their disability or education. Workers getting treated differently because of their location affects the population of the countries.In many citation communities of a particular country have to leave their country because their job system is not good as others.In the book”Out Of Sight” by Erik Loomis describes how unions,companies and many other organization treats workers differently. The US and other countries should have the same policy for the protection and the ability that their citizen can have a peaceful life in their country.
In the Unites States immigrants has one of the biggest population. The United States of America is the most powerful country in the world. The difference from other countries and US is that the job system and other benefits for the citizens are better than other countries. Women are still not getting the same equality that they deserve. Mens have more power than women because society believe that their not as strong physically and mentally. Foreign countries and the US take “equality” differently. Womens believe that they should get the same treatment as a men and get paid the same. According to the text “Out of Sight” the author says “ No one's job is safe and no one can organize for a better job when companies can move so easily. Busted labor unions, pollution, unsafe workplaces, and economic instability result when multinational corporations hold us all hostage to their whims."
