The management team , in our case , decided to conduct a panel interview - a group of interviewers , set questions to the interviewee and then link their ratings into a final panel score – while , according to the type of questions set to the interviewee , by the panel interview members , that was a stress interview ; they wanted to make the interviewee annoyed by setting impolite questions .As far as the panel interview is concerned , that type was not wrong ,as it was decided by the management team – any firm can decide the type of interview . A stress interview , is employed by the interviewers who are able to handle such interviews and of course are skillful in stress interview questions. In our case , the interview panel’s approach sets a stress interview questions because they wanted to test the interviewee reaction under stressful situations . In my opinion, this is not a problem or discourteous interview approach as far as the type of questions set in a stress interview have a limit , do not insult the interviewee and minimize the interviewee personality , gender, color and religion beliefs.

But ,the type of questions set to the interviewee during the interview were disrespectful , inappropriate, unrelated , pointless and sexist ! Even though , the management
