The exposition is the beginning of the plot, it sets the foundational background of the main character or the story. At the opening of the story, you see a time clock set, an immaculate environment where everything is not just clean but ordered. The screen shot of the perfect lining monotone suits gives an insight into the psyche of the main character.

The patient did not have a clue of reality and the therapist did not care, he was going through the motions. He could have been emotionally indifferent or stringing them alone to keep up his patient intake. This was evident when the patient asked him how long with the therapy take because two years had already passed; the reply was all in due time with an ominous tone. Here you see the conflict reaching the apex and the protagonist now has to come to some resolve within himself and his patient. This is the point where the audience is hanging on the suspense as to what will the therapist do.
What did he do, he let go his pinned up sentiments that he was holding on to; with himself and his patients. Facing the truth of his own demise, he understood life was too short for such insignificant phobias that was holding them back from living life. The turning point was that he held the key the entire time to help them. Now that time for him was running out and his life was dwindling; he made a conscious effort to really help his patients.
Which brings us to the falling action, this is the downward slope of the story which conveys the events into a neat composite; this allows the audience to come to their own conclusions. At this time the story should bring one to the synopsis of the story’s outcome. It also will release the tension and bring each character to a catharsis or a release to move in a new
