Growing up a meal at the dinner table was something that was always guaranteed to bring my family together. Everyone in my household had a very busy schedule. Whether it be soccer practice, basketball games, my parents working long hours, and mountains of homework that even as a small child I would receive on a nightly basis. Dinner was something I could always look forward to. It didn't matter if it was 4pm or 9:30 at night, my parents always put time aside for us to be together as a family.

I began this journey somewhat alone. Like I had mentioned before, my family is dependent on food to bring us together as a unit and when making dinner I would sometimes feel separate as I would either bring my own meals or eat only certain parts of the meal that was prepared. As time progressed my family became more understanding of my dietary restrictions as did my best friend Lynn. I began converting family recipes so my dad, sister, and I could all enjoy something together. I now also convert recipes for my boyfriend, Brian, who is an absolute gluten lover! (Bread, deep fried items, cookies, you name it; he'll eat it.) Brian is a very big foodie, he loves to eat and I try my hardest to keep him full! I've never had a complaint about my gluten free recipes from him, so I'd like to think these recipes are 'Gluten Lovers Approved!' I am regularly asked now to make recipes that can be made gluten free for family and friends so I thought I would share that with everyone else too. Hopefully I'll be able to also entertain some with my obsession with Hairless Cats, Succulent Plants, and
