The choice to expand a business is hinged on individual identifying a business form should capable of delivering growth in addition to supporting the objectives of the business in a sustainable fashion. Therefore, a change of business strategy is required along with a set of considerations to be addressed by the business owner. This paper focusses the case study based on Otto’s Weiner World, an enterprise owned by a sole proprietor named Otto. Otto concession food business has gradually grown from a mobile food trailer to one supported with bicycle-towed concessions covering strategic urban locations. Currently, Otto wishes to open a restaurant and has identified a property for lease as well as switching to a LLC for expansion purposes. Consequently, this paper will assess Otto’s growth strategy followed by Otto’s financing assistance. Also, the paper will delve into the organizational structure and staffing needs of the business. Equally, the paper will address customer, promotion, and ethics issues as well as social responsibility concerns. Finally, a summary of the paper will be provided along with other observations.
