4. What were the daily expectation of TC on the farm, prior to the accident? Such as 2-hour or less in farm activities, daily? Or, 4-or-more hours in farm activities, daily?
5. How is TC’s family adjusting to his absences from the household?
6. Is the girlfriend supportive? Is she a part of TC’s future?
7. To facilitate a smooth transition of care, will TC have access to next care providers in his community after rehabilitation?
