Oswaldo is a 7 years old boy; with severe neurodevelopmental regression due to diagnosis of Leigh Syndrome. Patient was able to perform gait but he started to decrease his general muscles strength rapidly and decrease his feeding capacity. He had surgery and now has a feeding tube. In according to mother since he can eat better he is getting stronger. Mother has hope he can improve his general muscles strength now that he is eating better. Patient at this time is unable to stand independently. Patient can crawl with difficulty and maintain sitting position with UE in hyperextension control. Patient's hypotonia limit patient's possibility to perform transitional movements and dissociation of upper extremities and lower extremities, patient
