The results show there was not enough intake of calcium to keep stronger bones. I need to consider the disease of osteoporosis in relation to adequate calcium intake. I am consuming calcium mainly through yogurt, milk and supplements. Vitamin D which regulates calcium and phosphors was 33% over recommended amounts.
