Robert has returned just over a month since the last appointment. I am pleased to see that he is well with compete resolution of the previous symptoms.

A recent CT chest scan reveals clearing of the previous infective changes whilst there remains some areas of atelectasis and post-inflammatory scarring. There is also evidence of moderate bronchiectasis. The report again comments on a bulky thyroid gland, although Robert is not reporting any upper airways symptoms relating to this.

Chest auscultation today reveals minimal crackles.

At this stage, Robert will continue with the Symbicort inhaler. Given there is no ongoing sputum
