The Deaconess Health Science Institute is simply one of a kind. Nowhere else can one find all of the experiences, knowledge, and fun packed into a short period of time the way HSI is. By gathering the greatest young minds of science and giving them a lifetime's worth of experiences before they can even graduate high school, HSI is laying the foundation for a generation of medical professionals like no one has ever seen before.

Within seconds the man was calm and ready to be sedated. This unnecessary, uncalled for act of kindness showed the “Deaconess Ideal”. This nurse truly placed the patient at the center of the universe, and worked to the best of her ability to keep him
