While entertainers like Katy Perry and Adele are making around $135 million dollars a year to stand up on a stage and lip sing for an hour or two and attend Red Carpet events. Why is that? Surgeons save lives every single day, they put in eight or more years just for college; And that's before becoming a resident, and they work on life changing surgeries that can go on for over 18 hours or longer in some cases.
