Also I did not view any difficulties within the classrooms. If this was confusion they students would ask and it would be answered. I found that as long as students behaved, the day went well and as planned and both student and teacher were content. The teachers I observed provided a welcoming, safe, and playful environment. All of the teachers except one had posters, pictures, drawings... etc.…

At the corner of Walker St. and Crescent St., across the road from Walker Jr. High School, passed La Palma Hospital, lies the largest campus of Anaheim Union High School District, John F. Kennedy (JFK) High School. From the parking lot into the school, I see Kennedy ’s quote, painted on the edge of the entrance, stating, “Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country.” Many other quotes by graduating classes were painted on the edge of the hallway overheads with the year underneath and all meant to inspire people. Development- chances are everyone knows at least something about it. Mainly because it is constantly occurring around each and every one of us. Barbara Miller defines development as change that is directed towards the improvement of human welfare (Miller, B., 2013). Yet, not everyone views development in the same context. The good thing about this schools that I like is will motivate the students and tell them what exactly what to do also the teacher would help and see what every student is doing but the only thing is that the teacher do not gives any ideas to students when a students are not sure about an answer for a question. Also the teacher does not have the control of the classroom when students get noisy or get up from their desk. Some students are noisy and annoying and it’s very hard for a person to deal with so many students at the same time when they are noisy. I remember back in the days in high school some of the student were noisy and annoying or just throwing papers and it was hard for a teacher to take the control of the class. She just called the securities from the school to take them out the class.…

Mock Interview Reflection The mock interview was closely related to the topics covered in the readings and in class. Getting practice using the techniques we have been learning in real time, with a real person, made the content more concrete. I was conscious of employing solution focused techniques as much as possible in the short time we had to conduct the interview. While my performance produced mixed results, the practice was a good start to becoming an expert using the technique. Strengths and Effectiveness When reflecting on my performance, I was able to express to the client I was fully engaged in our conversation by intentionally implementing a variety of reflection strategies.…
