ETSU administration should encourage faculties to infuse diversity in their classes to talk about this existing problem for better understanding of topics as they have better direct contact with the student more often. Faculties can use their referent and expert power to influence student’s differing feelings, beliefs and behaviors by infusing diversity topic in their classroom courses and giving time for conversation on it (cite). This will allow the faculty to be able to access the student’s level of ignorance and find a way to impact the needed knowledge to get the students on right track to understand the need for diversity and inclusion in the university and the country as a veritable tool for globalization. Increase in the level of faculty to student interaction have a great impact on students’ way of resolving problems, general way of thinking and interest in several life goal.
