Men are also within a higher position within the hierarchy of society so their issues will usually be more promoted than women. Viagra managed to be a drug that could easily be created for men and help them in their sexual disorder, but why does it take so long for women? Also, why are their more risks and less benefits for women in their treatments and why isn’t anyone working harder to figure out the issues? Finally, the porn industry has become a huge issue for people’s perception on how sex should be. Currently in todays society porn is available anytime and anywhere, therefore giving more men and women expectations on how they should perform during sexual intercourse. Even though, many of the things seen in porn are almost impossible and completely edited. Unfortunately, the media and the porn industry manages to have the control over people and how sex should be viewed. That is why 80% of women have body issues and why some have felt compelled to get cosmetic genital surgery or a “designer vagina.” These surgeries have even had many cases where women have bleed out and almost died! Also, we send a negative message to young men which is why 1of 6 women are sexually assaulted in their lives because most of these men believe that is what women should be “used” for.

Dysfunction and how women should be in terms of sex and
