According to Brown and Hannis’s defining the professional’s role is one effective community development process toward change.( Hannis. D and Brown D.J 2012) Therefore, several professional roles are identified under Browns and Hannis’s however, my role in this particular case scenario are ‘’Organizer, facilitator, and advocate’’ to effectively address and work on this issues.
