Google is a multinational organization that was launched in September 4th, 1998 by Larry Page and Serguei Brin. Google is an organization that is mainly known by the cultural and relational aspects of its employees and also its strategy. Google uses an effective strategy consists of decentralized aspect; it is actually a combine between cultural and relational strategies. I will mainly focus on the relational strategy because Google is an organization that encourages innovation and creativity.
