Moreover, because those organizations are able to address specific issues beforehand (e.g. stress management), they are able to correct present problems and prevent future ones that could have otherwise hindered the organization's growth. Traditional organizations are greatly different from high-performance workplaces in regards of organizational dynamics, operational effectiveness, and workplace stress (Articlesbase, 2005-2011). High performance organizations are broadly secured in the new age of technology and its effective results. Traditional organizations are known as “old structure”, which focuses on three main characteristics of operational effectiveness: structure, goals, and specialization (Articlesbase, 2005-2011). These three components are the main roots of this type of organization. In a high-performance workplace, operational effectiveness has implemented efficient work models, reduces stress, and makes final decisions (Articlesbase, 2005-2011). Stress can form in any workplace environment. Stress management in a high-performance business is taken very seriously.
