Organizational learning is a process of detecting and correcting error.” — (Argyris, 1977). Learning play pivotal role in health care. Learning allows people to adjust to demands and changing circumstances. Patients and families learn different methods to improve their health and ways how they can adjust to their medical conditions. Improved health status have unstable outcome due to this, Organizational learning is essential in Health care organizations to keep pace with changing ecological conditions and developing disease threats. With the of organization learning theory, organizations are able to gain and utilize new knowledge to achieve goal. Organization performance is measured by six intermediate outcomes that add to the final outcomes …show more content…
Systems thinking contain a decision-making model with the help of this model, organization became able to successfully deal with adapt and change. Systems thinking theory develop guidance regarding data collection method, it tell us from where we collect more data, to raise new questions and hypotheses. System thinking provide planned and wide ranging suite of apparatuses and ways to deal with map, measures of dynamic system and empowering professionals to better expect how an intercession may affect. According to WHO, systems thinking accelerate the strengthening of systems better producing health with equity? In addition we can use system thinking to solve the unemployment problem and also help to empowering the community. On the basis of this theory, we can improve the health of Tiwi islander’s people. In addition, this theory is very useful to develop a financial plan to control the money expenditure and also helpful to develop effective plan to reduce unemployment and strengthen the health system. According to the national report of Tiwi islanders they describe that Community control — Aboriginal community control — the white man has a lot to learn to get it right — do not blame the Aboriginal — he knows what he wants — an improved society — it is just a matter of how to get it once governments become involved. To solve this problem system thinking is better approach, because Systems thinking provide a decision-making model with the help of this model, organization became able to successfully deal with adapt and change. If we choose this theory, then Tiwi islander will definitely improve their society. According to a recent World Health Organization (WHO) publication (WHO,2009), systems thinking can open powerful pathways to identifying and resolving health system challenges and as such is a crucial ingredient for any health system strengthening.
