Introduction
Bronson Hospital is a general medical, surgical and teaching hospital in southwest, Michigan, with more than 7,800 employees. As of 2015, it was ranked #9 in hospitals in the state of Michigan and #1 in southwest Michigan. Bronson provides 415, single rooms, beds and offer multiple specialties, which are: heart and vascular, sports medicine and rehabilitation, children 's and women 's health, and having a level trauma center. The hospital had 21,519 admissions in the year of 2015. It performed 5,999 annual inpatient and 11,402 outpatient surgeries. Its emergency room had 98,562 visits. For these reasons, if Bronson wants to continue to be a top health system in Michigan, their organizational leaders must speak of a culture

Moreover, the understanding of its culture is important due to the way it plays a significant role in the organization’s growth to make it more efficient and effective (Ogrinc & Headrick, 2008, p. 51). This can be done by measuring of performance in the areas of quality, efficiency and patient satisfaction. A healthy culture should be performed by all the stakeholders in the organization, by practicing a positive culture (Jessee & Rowlee, 2012, p. 18). Therefore, the words of Hebrews 10: 24-25 should be remember, which says “And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near” (ESV).
