Organizational Components Of The SINA Curriculum

There are many organizational components of an administrator and school. It depends greatly on the schools needs, therefore the priority would be determined by the school individually. The three greatest at my elementary level are: scheduling, instructional strategies, and behavior management. Scheduling consists not only of the lunch, specialist, recess, planning schedule, but the scheduling of buses, after school interventions, and meetings with teachers. Instructional strategy strategies are very important at my building because we have made significant growth in the past few years, yet we are still a SINA school, therefore we are not seen as a school that excells. It is challenging and it is a mission of our school to make those changes,
