In this assignment, scholars are required to operate as the organizational change consultant who will define, justify and provide solutions to current problems within an organization. The consultant will apply organizational behavior theories to bring about positive resolutions as it relates to the organization’s difficulties and discuss how the theories might be useful in managing employee’s behavior to bring about effective and productive answers to these complexities. The aspects of systems theory will consist of the organization’s cultural climate, the types of motivation present within the organization, and the employee’s agreement regarding the development and implementation of new strategies that deal with and identify these challenges. …show more content…
When children into this agency and come into care they are fragile mentally and physically; and many have been abused or neglected. Some of the children have been placed in too many Foster Care homes and become insensitive and it’s difficult to tolerate rules that foster family implement within their homes. So if the children in care do not adhere to the rule of the Foster Care homes the Foster Care parents bring the back to the Foster Care agency or they run away. Therefore; when they come back to the agency the entire process starts over again or they are sent away to a Children facility. Many children are transferred from three to four homes, monthly. The options presented are what are available to the decision maker. To make it simpler we believe the decision maker can select from a number of results. The states of nature are the uncontrollable future events. The state of nature that actually happens is outside the control of the decision maker. Also, the payoff. The payoff is needed to evaluate each combination of decision alternative and state of nature (An Introduction of Decision Theory, 2016).
