In the end, organizational behavior discerns the behavior required by managers and employees in the organization. Moreover, through an analyzation of an organization’s culture in addition to other traits such as modes of communication, the nature of authority, motivational techniques, areas of emotional quotient (EQ), and virtual element, it is possible to discern whether those components are beneficial or detrimental to understanding interactions of people in the workplace. Through an analysis of organizational behavior, such as that of my current employer, The Salvation Army, it helped with analyzing how the organization operates and attain goals.
