This essay will discuss the organization culture of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. A brief discussion of the historical background of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) it might look like a short comparison and contrast of strategies between the FBI and the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). Some main points of FBI and CIA will be discussing to find out whether the organizational structures of both agencies support their description of their function.
The most well-known wing of the Federal law enforcement in the United States of America is FBI which was formed in 1908. It was a special agent during the time of President Theodore Roosevelt. There was a Baltimore Civil Service Reform Association unions of then Attorney General Charles Bonaparte with President Roosevelt they made an incredible reform in the federal law enforcement. The culture and ways of coexisting of FBI and CIA came under a big question. Where their cultures climate and intelligence not connected as it was descripted in their documents. Especially FBI was blamed of neglect evidence advertisement culture. Therefore, both FBI and CIA need to recruit best and qualitied intelligence individuals to their field to prevent such attacks in the future, because one of their drawback was insufficient personal in their departments especially in FBI. Also lack of leadership and management. They have to foster good management and leadership in the nation to prevent all whether civil crimes and international attack against our nation. In addition, they have to make sure it is clear to give right information and directions to leaders, they have to listen from other sources and opinions, and extend FBI as well as CIA presence in any corner of the
