Organisational behaviour is a depth study investigation about the behaviour of people, groups and structure in organisations. This particular study is focus on how an organisation are structured and how it is operating in order to create effectiveness for the organisation. The main idea of the analysis of the organisational behaviour is with the objective to find scientific methodology to be incorporate inside the organisations for the behavioural dynamics between management and workers.
In addition, organisational behaviour theories are about society; clearly on the effect that many organisations have the workers as human resource with the mission of as a group to maximize the productivity of which individual members of the organisation.

As a result, there are an increase in productivity and profits which is nominated as organisational success.
On the other hand, there are some other methods of management which can argued that the understanding organisational behaviour is important to organisational success.
Those methods of management which are successful and do not have an understanding of the organisational behaviour are Taylorism, Scientific Management and the Fordism which have the principles of the rational work design and labour process.
Frederick Winslow Taylor was “An industrialist and one of the prominent pioneers of efficient, rational work design” (Organizational Behaviour, King; Lawley,2016, p.65), who did develop the system of ‘scientific management’. This system also known as Taylorism is the divisions of labour to performed small tasks which are specifically redesigned to be executed with a time with the best efficiency possible achievable, which had lead to successful production and quality
