You may find that organic food is more expensive and different in appearance from conventional products. Also, just because something says "organic," it does not mean that it doesn't contain GMOs. In fact, it can still contain up to 30% GMOs, so if you want organic, be sure the label says 100% organic. If you live in U.S. and Canada buy food labeled 100% organic because the U.S. and Canadian governments do not allow manufacturers to label something 100% organic if that food has been genetically modified or been fed genetically modified feed.
Virtually anyone who is educated and has sound powers of discernment and judgment, and who has a long standing health concern, gradually moves toward foods that are organic, more natural, free of pesticides, herbicides, hormones and antibiotics. Since my own health situation was improved after elimination of genetically modified, processed, synthetic foods and some other changes in diet and lifestyle, I just want you to know that you should not be relaying on someone in a laboratory to improve your health. It is your health and you should be in charge. After all, fruits, vegetables and meats are products of nature, not of laboratory. They don't have any interest to do independent research or to damage the value of their investment. They will just arrogantly play with the millions of years of evolution and ignore the value of living in harmony with the natural
