I believe attending high school should be optional and age restrictions should not be considered. It is the right of the people to make their decisions for themselves. Also, if someone decides not to go to high school but later decides they want to, they can because there should be no age restrictions. If a high school student gets pregnant, she doesn’t have to decide to drop out or stay in high school through her pregnancy. She can always go back when things get easier for her. I know there will be some negative effects to this. There could be many students that wish they had finished high school young. There are a lot of jobs that require a high school diploma.
