The Beginning What first inspired me to start my Optimal Health Project in November was my passion for health and longevity. I believe that the healthier someone is, the happier they are. I think that it is very interesting how longevity works and how scientists have always desperately searched for the key to living longer and people are fascinated by stories such as the one about the Fountain of Youth. I wanted to look into how a human can attain optimal health and what habits they must develop. I wanted to help the world by creating these plans for those who do not know how to take care of their health to follow with ease and results. The research did not impact the actual project itself, as what I found only backed up my belief that medication is not the only way to make someone healthier. The most important thing at this point was to spread the information to as many people as possible. I was hoping to do this through the Big Show, word-of mouth and online. I created a Pinterest account under the name “Optimal Health How-To” and a blog through Weebly, also called the same name. The following items took up my time in January and February: doing annotated bibs, sending out reminder email about mental tests, doing physical and mental tests for the first month, setting up the blog, creating a schedule for posting blogs, making the Pinterest account and coming up with boards, writing blog posts, creating schedule for pinning information, adding to Pinterest boards, find another source and contacting about interview, coming up with interview questions, logging data from mental tests, taking people’s blood pressure and heart rate and logging data, working on sources, deleting fake participant information, searching for potentially helpful articles on Sparcwire, making account on
