My expanded project will continue to intersect and engage with “Crossroads.” Life on the outside ministries will have a structural intervention team and training process etc. that will lead our ministry toward long-term and permanent anti-oppressive transformation in lobbying to take action that can challenge systems of oppression that enforce racism, gender, sexuality, classism, and ethnicity practices.

According to (IIana Shapiro 2005), the “Theories of Change” refers to the causal processes through which change comes about as a result of a program's strategies and action, in addition, the programs offer many success stories in transforming people's attitudes and behaviors, inter-group relationships, and social institutions and policies to guide intervention designs.
