Even though it's good to conform sometimes in order to stay out of trouble, it's also bad to an extent because sometimes people change themselves completely. Usually it's not even because they want to, it's to “fit in”. In relation to conformity, Emerson said that it was better to be true to an evil nature than to behave "correctly" because of society's demands or convictions. But is it still right when you kill, or rob, or do crimes just because that is what you want and the fact that the society loathes such deed does not bother you. Yes, we always want what's good.
