Operation Narrative: Grand Theft Auto Related Crimes

3.2 Purpose of Operation:
The purpose of the operation was to get car thiefs of the streets and also make sure Grand Theft Auto related crimes are lowered.

3.3 Operation Narrative
The Operation started at 21:30, when a detective unit requested traffic units to come to PDHQ for a Bait Car operation. Several Officers arrived and we set up our game plan. Officer Makarov and I took the Operation Commander spots as it was shared operation between RHD and Traffic.
After said game plan, we rolled out to Rodeo Bank and set up the bait. Shortly after we caught a subject trying to get into the car and drive away with it, where kill switch was activated and suspect was taken into custody & arrested.
Our next location was rodeo club, which we we arrested
