Open Campus Carry Case Study

After graduating high school all I could think about was how fun college is going to be. College is perceived as a place where it's all play and no work, a time that is full of fun, friends, and activities. Though university is a stepping-stone in education with the work you should also find time to have fun. The key to success is time management, organization, and coping with stress. With the different pressures of tuition, school, and grades, safety shouldn't be something that a student should worry about. Sadly this has become the case with open-campus carry law. There was a post on the social network of "Yik-Yak" claiming that they were going to kill every black person in sight. After hearing this action the black students took action by not showing up to campus until the threat was taken of. But in some instances professors did not take the threat serious and allowed students lives to be at risk by making them show up the next day for test instead of postponing it. In this act the football team got together and went on a hunger strike forcing the president to take action. The terrorist was soon found after the president took act. Shortly after he resigned after such efforts had to be done for him to take action. Now if imagine this situation with the open carry law in effect already nobody knows the possibility outcome. Every student would show up on campus with his or her gun concealed ready to fire. The safety of every person on campus would be in jeopardy, from faculty, students to even the employees.
