For this project my students will learn the understanding of how many allergies there are and the causes and treatments for them.
Objective:
Students will be able to differentiate each allergy by their understanding of each.
Materials:
The materials we will be using during this project are library books, the internet, a pencil and paper to record the outcome as to what they find out.
Advanced Preparation:
I as the teacher need to make a list of all the allergies I can find with their causes, effects, and treatments. For the students, I will print offline a matching sheet where they will match the allergy to the treatment. I will also print off a word search with all the allergies names.

The setting for Only Tadpoles Have Tails is in the rainforest and the main character is a tree frog called Kicky. The other frogs make fun of Kicky because he still has his tail. They call him a tadpole because he won’t become a true frog until he has lost his tail. I really like this story. It deals with life issues such as friendships, fitting in, being different, and bullying. It also deals with the importance of teamwork, as the frogs try to help Kicky get rid of his tail. This book is about what would life be like without money? Adler asks readers to consider this possibility and the problems it would create, and then goes on to trace the history of our monetary system, from hunting/gathering and the barter system to paper/coin currency. Colorful, computer-generated illustrations add humor and help clarify concepts. The book is about learning to count money. I would read my students this book when we start our math lesson about money. I could get some play money for the kids to count out and as a class I would write on the board how much I want them to count out and then walk around the room to see if they have their money right and then go back to the board and together with the kids come up with 2 -3 different ways to come up with the amount
