In current society, shopping online is becoming more and more popular. People just need to click their mouses and choose the item they want instead of buy something in a store. Even tough shopping online make our lives become more easier than shopping in a store, it has some problems that we can not ignore. However, there were three problems I have encountered shopping online which are wait for long time to get my item, the item does not match with the photograph and it will be a trouble when I need to return this item. The first problem I have encountered is the delivery time. This problem happened since I have started online shopping first time. When the buyers look for a item they want, first thing they look at is what it looks like; therefore, all sellers would try their best to make sure their items looks enough better than other sellers. In fact, the picture of a item looks wonderful does not mean the original one looks like the picture. For example, I have bought a pair of shoes online, and after I got it, I could not wait to see what it really looks like. When I opened the box and grabbed the shoes, I found that the shoes is completely different from the picture on the store website. First of all, the color was darker than the shoes’ picture that seller putted on the website. The color of the picture on the website is bright, but the color of original shoes was dark such as the red part of the shoes looks like purple and the blue part of the shoes looks like black. Further more, the size of the shoes did not fit my feet even though the number of the size was correct. However, I realized it is important that people have to see the original items directly before they deiced to buy them. If we are not satisfied about the item and want to return or exchange it, most of the time we should pay for the shipping cost. Once I bought a T-shirt online, but the T-shirt did not fit me so I wanted to return it. When I contacted the seller, he did not allow to return it, and only thing I can do is to exchange the T-shirt, and also I should pay for ten dollars shipping fee. However, it costed me third dollars to buy this T-shirt, and it seems to me that I should not spend more money on this T-shirt. Another example of my experiences is my favorite jacket, the seller sent me a jacket with wrong color and wrong size, and there was only one thing he did right is the address. However, this time I decided to exchange it because I really like this jacket. Finally, I got my jacket, and it has been over two months since the first time I placed the order. Therefore, it is a big trouble when the seller or the buyer make a mistake during online shopping because every time the buyer want to return the item that will take more time to get what they
