Online learning is much more flexible. A student can set up their own schedule for when to study and complete assignments. They can stay in their pajamas all day or do homework after work. There is a lot more freedom so it is much easier to do online learning if you have a hectic schedule. Some of the downfalls of online learning is that you have to have good time management skills and be self motivated. There is not a teacher making sure you are doing your work.

School is not easy no matter which option you choose. You will have to do work no matter which option you choose. The important thing to remember is that earning a degree is an investment in your future. All the time and effort you put in will be well worth all the trouble in the end.
I believe that everyone brings something different to the table. Obviously if you are older you probably have more life experiences to share. If you are younger you could bring fresh ideas and a new way of thinking. Through our life experiences we all gain different attributes.
I have always had a strong work ethic and a lot of integrity. My parents have raised me to work for what I have, and that things are not just handed to you. I have been working since I was 15 years old. I started out babysitting and then at 16 years old I got my first job earning a check at a grocery store. I worked my way up all through high school and some college. I have always been eager to learn every aspect of a company, not just for my position but for all positions. I have taken classes in high school and college to learn the program. I also use the program frequently to keep myself up to date with the latest versions. I am also a quick learner so if I learn a new skill I can help others that are not as quick to learn. I have a lot of patience so I do well teaching others even if they take awhile to catch on. I have always enjoyed helping others. I probably have other skills that I am not thinking of. After you do something for so long it just feels normal and you do not think of it as a skill.
I completely agree with these findings. When you are doing multiple tasks at once such as cleaning, talking on the phone, and cooking dinner then sure multi-tasking would be fine. As far as when you are doing school work then no I do not believe that you should be multi-tasking. This is true for me anyhow. When I am studying and learning something new I need my attention and focus to be strictly on that. I do not absorb the information as well if I have other things going on around
