Firm strategy
A Strong policy is all the programs and activities that a company has put in place to ensure that they maximize their presence in the market, increase sales while they decrease input so that they have not only high profits but also have good penetration in the new markets (Elias and Dubina, p.84). For the online gaming case, if the firm will put in place strategies for its sale for various faces of growth so that there is an objective for growth and expansion while at the same time, they are monitored (Elias and Dubina, p.84). For instance, the company can employ a system of gaming for its customers where they have a platform for free gaming at a particular period of the day, let us say from 10:00 pm to 12:30 am. During the holiday, the firm will establish a tariff in which the customers will play the games at a lower price compared to the other times so that more customers are attracted to the site hence more sales but at a cost/tariff strategy. Moreover, the advertisement also ensures that the firm catches more customers as posters make the customers aware of the new gaming site in town.

The online gaming depends on hardware and software efficiency as well as the availability of internet connection. The online access reduces the chain of command and the changes in them might take place on the way as the product moves from vendor to vendor, then to the customer (Elias and Dubina, p.84). Due to that factor, online games are cheaper when they are from the game owners than when they are purchased through a middle dealer. For the company that is shipping it abroad, they only need proper data protection and language conformity as well as educational assessment so that none of these factors become a language or cultural
