6 Business Model
The Business Model Canvas is a strategic management and lean startup template for developing new business models. It also helps to visualize the firm’s value proposition, customers, and finances.
For the development of the Business Model, the group decided to use the Canvas Model and the “Ten types of Innovation” method (Keeley, Pikkel, Quinn) in parallel. In this regard, both methodologies are mixed inside the Canvas Model and the result was the following.

The game developer is involved in the creation and production of the Edugame, his work involves design (including art and animation) or programming.
There are many stages, including creating and designing the game’s look and how it plays, animating characters, testing and producing. The Edugame expert cover a broad area of work, i.e. developing designs and concepts for the game, generating scritps and storyboards, creating visual and audio aspects, solving complex technical problems, working closely with team members, and planning resources and managing teams in the process.
On the other hand, the content analysts are the responsible for the theoretical concept of the game, to say for the other part of the value proposition. They are concern about the what more than how. The subjects they analyse are education and health, being these two aspects what delivers benefits to the customers.
So they may define, what might be useful, interesting, appropriate and challenging for the user. Moreover, the content expert might be able to find out and establish key partnerships with institutions, which could certify the convenience and suitability of the

In this case the design of a network, which eases the transference of information and knowledge is a core activity. An accurate network design increases the chances of positive influences on the participation of key partners and therefore, the acceptance of the product. Especially at the beginning of the project, partnerships play a fundamental role, since it makes it easier to achieve the goals in a more efficient way.
Another key activity is to analyse and select an appropriate strategy to commercialize the products through e-commerce and online advertising efforts.
There are thousands of companies in Internet, so a precise definition of the systems will give access to potential customers and will increase the possibility of the company to survive the first years.
About online advertising, one has to stress the benefits of this kind of advertisement, particularly for electronic products. There are benefits, which are important to point.
