Product Idea Description:

The problem manifested through traditional exchange of business cards which stems from the initial point of exchange to the final storage of contact credentials. Traditional business cards despite their prevalent use; has its own limitations and pain points.

Specifically, there are three main sources of pain for users, including:
1) Need to always carry a large stack of business cards.
2) Manual process of inputting and organizing contact information to a device. Often times, after the process of contact exchange, business cards pile idly in card files.
3) Obsolescence of paper business cards when information is updated.

The potential market for Oneconnec is considerably huge, which are all people who want to exchange contact information during an arranged B2B or B2C event. The total addressable market for the paper business card industry was 3$ billion in 2012.

Oneconnec targets companies that organize networking events and operate in the fast growing cosmopolitan markets in Asia, North America and Europe. Our target market is calculated through the revenue from the business card market in the US ($211 million) times the city population (Singapore) in the target market divided by the population in the US. (211*(X/319) =target market).
